City's utility rates may rise


Fredericksburg residents could see higher water and sewer rates soon. The average household pays about $69 bimonthly now, and that could jump to about $76 if the City Council accepts recommendations from a consultant hired to perform a water and sewer management study. That would be about $42 more each year....
